Adult Strength Class

The Parisi Youth Training System (PYTS) has a history of success of more than 20 years. The PYTS is our proprietary methodology that has proven results for youth from age 7 to 18 and beyond. We see every youth as an athlete; whether you are a serious athlete looking to get better or just wanting to get fit and have fun doing it, the Parisi Youth Training System has a program for you. This program can be executed within our training facility and at home!

Adult Conditioning Class

Our Adult Conditioning Class is a high-energy, full-body, Coach-Led workout designed to improve overall fitness. Through a mix of cardio, strength training, functional movements, this class helps you build stamina, burn fat, and boost PERFORMance.

Silver strong class

Our Silver Strong class is tailored for older Adults (70+)  seeking to enhance strength, mobility, and balance. Using low-impact exercises and Functional Strength movements, this class helps improve joint health, flexibility, stamina, and overall fitness in safe coach-led environment.

Parisi Peewee

Parisi PeeWee classes teach fundamental athletic movements to children 4-7 years old. This class integrates age-appropriate strategies with motivational coaching

Parisi Jump Start

The Parisi Jump Start program is taught by certified Parisi Performance Coaches and utilizes the most up-to-date research to build a young athlete’s physical foundation, improve their coordination, agility, and self esteem. 
Jump start is a must for any young person who wants to develop foundational athletic skills that will help them rise above their competition

Parisi Evaluations

Parisi Performance Evaluation is critical to every member in our program in order to assess the current level of an athlete’s ability and place each person in the correct class. 

During the Eval, you are taught our signature active dynamic warm-up, are examined during our Running analysis procedure, and tested in a battery of physical speed and strength movements. after the evaluation, every athlete and parent meets individually with the evaluator to review the results and selected the appropriate program where they would succeed

Parisi Team Training

Our team training program is a combination of strenth, speed, and agility powered by the Parisi Speed School methodology. The focus of team training is to get the athletes stronger, faster, more mobile, and more explosive.

Frank is a PERFORMance Coach. He is passionate about unlocking the potential within individuals of all ages. With a strong background in strength and conditioning, athletic performance, and habit development, he specializes in creating customized training programs tailored to your unique needs and goals. Whether you’re a student-Athlete striving to elevate your skills, as a professional seeking to tackle each day with renewed energy, or someone looking to achieve personal milestones, he is here to guide you every step of the way.

Sam

Coach

Sam has been affiliated with the Parisi Speed School for 4 years and in that time he’s gone from personal trainer to sports performance coach, has done the program director series, was a program director for a year, and is now owner-director of Perform Fitness STL, a Parisi affiliate. Sam ran track in school and is USA track and field level 1 certified. He has been Parisi certified yearly and his passion within the fitness arena is coaching speed and youth sports performance.

Jamie

Head Coach

Jamie has bachelors in science (BS) degrees in nutrition and exercise physiology from the University of Missouri. He has experience coaching all age groups in general fitness, injury prevention, and strength training. Coach Jamie specializes in powerlifting and strength training. In his free time, he competes in strongman competitions, enjoys playing the drums, and hanging out with his cats.
